Balch Springs median home valuations rose by 17.5% in 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Balch Springs rose by $10,390 while total valuation increased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 390 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $69,910 - a 17.5% increase over the $59,520 median valuation for the previous year. There were 307 homes sold in Balch Springs in 2017.
