How did home valuations perform in Mesquite during 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Mesquite rose by $20,025 while total valuation increased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 2,406 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $124,040 - a 19.3% increase over the $104,015 median valuation for the previous year. There were 2,218 homes sold in Mesquite in 2017.
