Rising home valuations in Mesquite in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mesquite rose by $23,855 while total valuation increased by 0.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 556 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $126,665 - a 23.2% increase over the $102,810 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 554 homes sold in Mesquite in the fourth quarter of 2017.
