December 2018: Balch Springs experienced a 12.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2018 in Balch Springs rose by $7,525 while total valuation increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $69,960 - a 12.1% increase over the $62,435 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Balch Springs in December 2017.
