Home valuations increased in Mesquite during December 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2018 in Mesquite rose by $20,990 while total valuation decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 172 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $126,840 - a 19.8% increase over the $105,850 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 185 homes sold in Mesquite in December 2017.
