October 2021: Home valuations in Mesquite fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2021 in Mesquite fell by $2,640 while total valuation increased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 167 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $129,490 - a 2% decrease over the $132,130 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Mesquite in October 2020.
