Mesquite home valuations rose in November 2021

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2021 in Mesquite rose by $9,320 while total valuation increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 165 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $134,580 - a 7.4% increase over the $125,260 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 151 homes sold in Mesquite in November 2020.
