November 2021: Home valuations in Sunnyvale increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2021 in Sunnyvale rose by $18,390 while total valuation remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $330,380 - a 5.9% increase over the $311,990 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Sunnyvale in November 2020, as well.
