How did home valuations perform in Mesquite during May?

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Mesquite rose by $11,675 while total valuation increased by 10.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 152 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $156,615 - an 8.1 percent increase over the $144,940 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 138 homes sold in Mesquite in May 2021.
