A Message from ACC’s IT Team

Did you know that students have their own technology support structure through Student Technology Support and the Student Help Desk? At this time, the Faculty/Staff Help Desk is not equipped to handle student issues, so all support requests need to be made through the following approved methods.

Student Support Web Page: Student Support | Austin Community College District

The Student Affairs Help Desk can assist with questions you have about becoming an ACC student, applying, transcripts, financial aid, ACCmail, ACCeID, Financial Aid, general advising, cashiers, and more.

The Student Technology Services (STS) team is dedicated to facilitating access to technology devices and equipment for student use and providing support to students on using academic technologies.

  • Help & Support: Please contact the Student Help Desk at 512-223-4636 and select option 8.
