UT Southwestern Medical Center recently issued the following announcement.
Dr. Fred Campbell, associate professor and internal medicine physician, told KSAT 12 in San Antonio that PCR tests are the gold standard for COVID-19 testing, but that at-home or rapid tests are at least 85% to 90% effective, citing recent studies.
