Pathways to Careers - Information Technology

In summer 2022, San Jac is offering an intensive, 4-week in-person course designed to help you explore careers in Information Technology. Join us and attend career-specific field trips, hear from current industry professionals, learn professional skills and how to prepare for college and post-graduate school admissions. You will figure out which specific Information Technology career is right for you and what it takes to get there. Courses are FREE and enrollment is limited, so don’t wait! Students who participate in all sessions and provide feedback will receive a $300 stipend after course completion.

Students must be available to attend all in-person activities at the San Jac Central Campus during the scheduled dates and timeframe (Dates: 6/27/2022-7/22/2022. In-person hours: 9 am-2 pm). This program is only for students who are between the ages of 16-24 years old and will be a High School Junior, Senior, or College Freshman during the 2022-23 academic year. (We cannot accept students outside this age bracket and education levels).

Registration packets will be accepted though Friday, June 24th or until our program reaches capacity (whichever occurs first). Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Students: To request a registration packet, please send an email to april.felanbutler@sjcd.edu with your name, age, current education level, and mention that you are interested in the Pathways - IT workshop.
