What if keeping your brain healthy were as simple as trying a new activity?
According to Harvard’s Institute for Aging Research*, you can train your brain to improve memory and focus. Start by finding a new physical or creative outlet — something that forces you to think, learn, and practice. Remember: Striving to improve is even more important than mastering the activity.
