State approves over $75 million for Rowlett Creek wastewater treatment plant expansion

The North Texas Municipal Water District has been approved for over $75 million for a Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion by the Texas Water Development Board from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
